The hotel was located very close to Tokyo and Shinjuku station area as well as tourist spots Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza. The breakfast was perfect with the prettiest eggs ben, and served in the restaurant. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa was marvellous and perfect. This was my delightful stay for a short business trip.

As for me, the area was bustling.

The hotel was very fancy and modern. Central location, just a short walk away from an art museum. Thoroughly enjoyed business area. Well-kept room and luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower. Early check-in, excellent employees.

We stay for 5 nights during the Cherry Bossom period, we were upgraded a deluxe Suite with views overlook the Tokyo Tower & the beautiful Japanese Garden With many nice cherry blossom tree & lake with large golden fish. the room is clean & big, besides the shower, it also has jacuzzi in the bath room. We were also provided bath salt for it too. the location was great, very close to Shinagawa JR station. the Lobby is nice with beautiful view. Overall we were very satisfied. for sure, we will back again

The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location were top-notch. I loved how easy it was to get around the city, with the metro station just a stone's throw away. Being part of the Autograph Collection added to the luxury experience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

    Everything was great.

The Cherry Blossom view from our room was the best we had ever seen in any Hotel. Also the garden around the Hotel especially the Japanese Tea Garden area with that small pool with many fishes was very beautiful and we had really enjoyed our stay. The location of the Hotel and the shuttle bus service to station and other prince hotel especially during rainy time was fantastic.

I wish they had included Break fast also along with the room rate. The selection of Breakfast in the restaurant was also not good. These days most of the Hotel have International Buffet Breakfast and Prince Sakura Tower also should consider introducing International Breakfast Buffet.

Loved superbly friendly and very pleasant staff and reasonably spacious hotel.

The hotel was fancy, had amazing views and favourable location just next door to Shinagawa train station as well as a picturesque hillside.

Very nice location at Shinagawa station. Hotel is in walking distance and very convenient. Compared with other hotels in Japan the rooms and the bed are huge. A very quiet hotel, furniture in perfect condition. But it is the typical 80ties style in perfect maintainance.

"Bar" in the main lobby is closing at 21:00 p.m. No other facilities in the hotel which are remarkable. This hotel is for the real purpose: for sleeping :-). However, for having a drink later than 21:00, it is only necessary to go straight to the Takanawa Prince hotel which is in close connection. There are 2 bars available and also smoking is allowed.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with longer beds than most hotels in Japan. The location is fantastic, only a 5-minute walk from the train station with easy access to the shinkansen and airport. There are many restaurant and cafe options nearby. The staff were friendly and spoke English, making our stay easy.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The rooms were really huge even by Asian standard. It was really spacious and they had separate the bathroom and wc which made it convenient as there were 4of us in the room. The bed was Super King size and we had room for the luggage, a make up desk, a writing desk, a place to keep our food, shoes multiple cupboard and sofa set. I would guess it's the size of a small service suite rather than a hotel. Location is great as it was near the train station, McDonalds and lots of food area in the train station and near it.

The place lack a bustling coffee house but we loved the eateries near the hotel. The porter is in the hotel ans if you needed the porter service, one may need to walk up the slope to the lobby to get the attention of the hotel staff which is about 10m away

The location is excellent just across the key JR station that you can also take the bullet train. The room size is really huge for any standard. It will easily sleep for family of 4. I will stay there again for business and family holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed its comfortable and perfect location.

The hotel was clean and luxury, had splendid views of the gardens and the Tokyo skyline. The rooms were brand-new and good sized, had a Jacuzzi bath and a shower.
